M & J Lavender Farm is owned and operated by Mitchell and Jane Stephens. The land has been in Jane's family since about 1884 when her great-grandfather settled in Blanco county. Jane's mother was a Stewart, and the lavender field is part of the Stewart ranch. When you visit you will see the old Stewart place.
